Second chance
Most people that know me, will tell you that I desire great customer service. For the past 3-4 years, I had my doubts about Brothers Auto (Hwy 544, Conway). A Godly spirit led me and Iyana to their car lot the other day. The owner recognized my name from past emails. We had a laugh about them and I decided to give them a second chance. Well never say never . The owner, his wife, and his brother (the chair warmer: inside joke) provided excellent service and support. Thanks so much.

A true gem.
Moved to the area and wasn’t going to allow a dealership to bully me. Came here , and Klevis & Eldi were able to get me into a much better car than I could’ve gotten elsewhere. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience as great as it could possibly be. Helped me in ways that a dealership could not. I won’t be buying cars anywhere else , and I encourage anyone who is worried about being ripped off to come to Brothers Auto & go see Klevis. This is the only place to buy a car that is in both the “ Car Business”, and the “People Business”. A true gem.

I just wanna say these are great people !!! I was worried at first because my ford started acting up like a week after getting it (its not there fault things happen) but he has help me handle fixing it and going a extra mile to make sure my car is good to go !! I really appreciate it and if ur looking for a car they have great prices and they will work you ,, shout out klevin sorry if I spell wrong but he is the og , great man !!!
They went out of their way
Went out of their way even after the papers were signed on my Jeep to ensure everything was working properly on my vehicle and always available for any questions I might have. Special thanks to the mechanic there, whose super knowledgeable, who repaired the power seats button on my Jeep. He did a thorough job of resodering the wires so that my seat would work.
Top notch
After searching for vehicles in Wilmington, which was a horrible experience, we found Brothers Auto while searching for dealerships open on a Sunday. After seeing their inventory we decided to make another trip from Wilmington, NC to Conway. Their lot is full of used cars that have clean titles. Every vehicle had an extensive carfax printed and sitting on the front seat. The staff immediately came out and greeted us. There were no pressure sales AT ALL. Everything, even down to the cleanliness of the office, was top notch compared to big box dealerships. The customer service was incredible! Don’t buy a used car anywhere else!

Today I purchased a car from Misty Smith. I must say the staff was very friendly and very helpful!! The whole experience was easy! I've been turned down by several other car lots. The staff were excellent. The vehicles are well taken care of. They don’t sell junk that’s for sure. They work with you on financing. Very communicative. Will do business here again in the future.
Hands down
Hands down the BEST customer service!! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff. We were able to take our time and shop for a vehicle without the pressure sales test driving multiple cars. All of the cars had a Carfax printed and in a binder sitting on the front seat. The price of the car included a 90 day warranty. The office was clean, the staff was presentable and professional. Very kid friendly staff!!! Best of all, family owned. Do not buy a used car anywhere else. Will be back when we need another vehicle without hesitation.. They went above and beyond to make our family comfortable while we shopped and helped us every step of the way with a good sense of humor and helpful advice.

I can not express or describe how great the customer service was. Not the usual pushy sales staff! Such a comfortable, clean environment and everyone was so nice! They provided all facts and answered any questions that we asked! Phenomenally organized, even provided a folder to hold all paperwork to keep together so I wouldn’t have to fumble around looking for documents. If I could give a higher rating I would because they well deserve it! Best dealership I have had a positive experience with hands down! Will go back for future purchases!

Such an amazing experience! This is the first car I bought on my own and they were so helpful throughout the whole process! They even bought me lunch as I was waiting for my final thing come through! I bought a 2012 Ford Focus and it’s such a good car! Also came with a 2 year warranty! Cannot recommend them enough!
